BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 5. EU countries imported one smartphone worth 856 euros from Azerbaijan in January 2024, the European Union's statistical office Eurostat told Trend.
Spain was the only importer of smartphones.
In January 2024, EU countries exported 5,296 smartphones worth 4.626 million euros to Azerbaijan.
The Czech Republic became the leader among exporters in the reporting period, with 5,281 smartphones worth 4.622 million euros.
EU countries imported 46,000 smartphones worth 5,911 euros from Azerbaijan in 2023.
