The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmenneft, the Turkmen oil state concern, and Mitro International Limited, has announced a tender to buy equipment in line with the application “provision of communication services using the TurkmenAlem 52E satellite.”
The consortium operates as part of the production sharing agreement on the Khazar contract area (Eastern Cheleken field) in the Balkan district of Turkmenistan.
The bids are accepted until Jan. 6, 2018.
