Uzbekistan's metallurgical combine hits nail on head by meeting 7M2024 export targets

TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, August 15. Uzbekistan's Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AMMC) fulfilled all forecast indicators on export of manufactured products from January through July 2024, Trend reports.

According to the AMMC, the combine exported products worth $354.6 million, fulfilling the forecast indicator by 113.6 percent.

In particular, the AMMC exported 29,759 tons of copper products and 15,157 tons of zinc products.

Besides, the forecast indicators for export of zinc and copper sulfate, rhenium, cadmium, palladium powder, molybdenum products, and lead concentrate have been fulfilled.

Meanwhile, the AMMC exported products worth $283.3 million from January through June 2024. The combine fulfilled the forecast indicator by 106.7 percent.

In particular, the AMMC exported 23,760 tons of copper products, 12,702 tons of zinc products, 370 tons of molybdenum products, 9,347 tons of lead concentrate.
