Uzbekistan's metallurgical combine reveals its export volume in 9M2024

TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, October 7. Uzbekistan's Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AMMC) exported products worth $486.1 million, fulfilling the forecast indicator by 120.1 percent from January through September 2024, the AMMC told Trend.

In particular, the AMMC exported 42,222 tons of copper products, 21,554 tons of zinc products, 9,069 tons of copper sulfate, 580 tons of molybdenum products and 12,289 tons of lead concentrate.

Besides, the forecast indicators for export of rhenium, cadmium and palladium powder have been fulfilled.

Meanwhile, Uzbekistan's volume of exports and services amounted to $12.3 billion (excluding non-monetary gold) from January through August 2024. This figure has increased by 14.4 percent compared to the same period in 2023.

In the structure of exports, goods account for 74.6 percent, out of which manufactured goods for 16.5 percent.
