BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 4. Türkiye increased exports of automotive products from January through April 2023 by 11 percent to $11.3 billion compared to the same period last year, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
"In April of this year, Türkiye exported automotive products worth $2.7 million, which is 1.8 percent less than in April last year," the ministry says.
From April 2022 through April 2023, the country exported automotive products in the amount of $32.1 billion.
Türkiye's value of automotive products exported increased in 2022 by 5.7 percent compared to the previous year and totaled $30.9 billion. The country exported automotive products worth $3.2 billion in December 2022, which is 6.7 percent more than in the same month of 2021.
