BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 21. Russian nationals purchased 1,654 real estate properties in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 3,780 less than in the same period last year, Trend reports.
According to the information, Russian citizens purchased 293 properties in Türkiye in April this year, which is 524 properties less than in April 2023.
Furthermore, 75,569 apartments were purchased in Türkiye in April 2024, which is 11.8 percent less than in April 2023.
The information notes that a total of 355,173 apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 3.7 percent less than in the same period of 2023.
A total of 1,272 apartments were sold to foreign nationals in Türkiye in April 2024, which is 50.3 percent less than in the same month of 2023.
To note, foreigners purchased 6,957 apartments in Türkiye from January through April this year, which is 48.4 percent less than in the same period last year.
