Today, the Georgian parliament has opened the first meeting of the NATO-Georgia interparliamentary council. The meeting mainly focused on the democratic processes in Georgia and activities undertaken in this direction.

The guests were interested in judicial reforms in Georgia, and asked pointed questions in connection with the local elections, member of the Christian-Democrats Nika Laliashvili said after the meeting. "The meetings of this format provide a good opportunity to show the real situation that exists in our country to our western partners," Laliashvili said.
