Azerbaijan, Guba / Trend corr. A.Gafarov / The search of the body of Reyhana Majidova, missing from the village of Dag Brizi village of the region of Davachi, resumed on 28 August.
Naila Majidova, 14 and Reyhana Majidova, seven, both residents of the village of Dag Brizi were kidnapped on 9 August.
The dead body of Naila was found in Siyazan part of the Samur-Absheron channel on 9 August. The body was sent for an autopsy. The search for Reyhana is on going.
The suspect Tevakkul Ismaylov pleaded guilty, stated Faik Rzayev, the prosecutor. The suspect explained that he threw both girls bodies into the channel. Hostility with girls' father was the main reason for killing. A criminal case has been filed for contravening Article 120 (wilful murder) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
