BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 11. Traveler David Joseph Langan sent a letter from the Lachine Post Office to Ireland's Dublin, Trend's Karabakh bureau reports.
This became the first international letter sent from the city after its liberation.
The delegation, which includes travelers from 15 countries, is led by the founder of the MTP Club, American Charles Veley. The trip of international travelers creates an excellent opportunity to promote the territories liberated from occupation within the framework of “dark tourism” and to demonstrate large-scale reconstruction and construction works.
