JABRAYIL, Azerbaijan, July 12. Azerbaijan left the most vivid impression on me, Janet Cordero, a traveler from the Philippines who visited the city of Jabrayil as part of an international travel group, told Trend.
“This is my first time in Azerbaijan, and I was fortunate to join as a member of Most Traveled People (MTP) and Philippine Global Explorers. This journey provided a unique opportunity to explore both the historical and modern aspects of the country,” she shared.
Cordero said she was particularly moved by the visit to territories liberated from occupation.
“We saw areas that were once minefields. Now, I was lucky to witness what the government is doing for people returning here and trying to rebuild their lives,” she emphasized.
According to her, Azerbaijan made a lasting impression, and she hopes to return in the future.
The delegation, made up of travelers from over a dozen countries, is led by the founder of Most Traveled People (MTP), American explorer Charles Veley.
