The British Anglo Asian Mining company, which operates the development of gold deposits in Azerbaijan, will pay special dividends in the amount of 4.5 cents on ordinary shares for 2021, Trend reports via the company.
These special dividends are paid to shareholders for their constant support while maintaining sufficient cash reserves for the development of their asset portfolio and the use of future potential opportunities, especially in the previously occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
Special dividends for 2021 in the amount of 4.5 cents on ordinary shares will be paid to registered shareholders in full on November 4, 2021.
The dividends will be paid in cash.
Anglo Asian Mining PLC is a producer of gold, copper and silver in Central Asia with a wide portfolio of production and exploration assets in Azerbaijan. The company's portfolio includes an area of 1,962 square kilometers.
