BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 25. The output metrics for construction sand in Azerbaijan exhibited a notable increase from January through November 2024.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that this figure amounted to 1.17 million tons, up 257 tons (27.9 percent) compared to the same period last year.
As of December 1, the inventory of finished goods in the country was 8,100 tons.
To note, the total value of production in Azerbaijan's mining industry in 11 months of this year reached 37.6 billion manat ($22 billion), increasing by 0.8 percent year on year.
