BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 10. Production of associated gas from oil fields in Azerbaijan grew last year.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that this figure amounted to 15.1 billion cubic meters (bcm), up 26 million cubic meters (0.2 percent) compared to 2023 (15.08 bcm).
Besides, 3.8 bcm of the produced associated gas accounted for marketable gas, which is 239 million cubic meters (seven percent) more than the previous year (3.56 bcm).
