BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 20. Iran’s export of products to Uzbekistan grew by 28.4 percent in value and 28.1 percent in weight during the current Iranian year’s three months (from March 21 through June 21, 2025) compared to the same period last year (from March 20 through June 20, 2024).
The data obtained by Trend from the Iranian Customs Administration shows that in these three months, the export amounted to $114 million in value and nearly 172,000 tons in weight.
In the same three-month period of last Iranian year, Iran exported $89 million worth of products, weighing 134,000 tons to Uzbekistan.
During the three months of the current year, the exports mainly included milk and dairy products, petrochemical products, various types of pipes, glass containers, agricultural equipment, and other goods.
Iran’s trade turnover with Uzbekistan in these three months reached $138 million in value and 188,000 tons in weight. The trade turnover rose by 28.7 percent in value and 32.5 percent in weight compared to the same period last year.
The Iranian Customs Administration's data shows that Iran’s non-oil exports during these three months reached nearly $11.7 billion and 34.5 million tons. Compared to the same period last year, non-oil exports decreased by 14.4 percent in value and 9.3 percent in weight.
