Iran decreases crude steel consumption in 7M2025
Crude steel consumption in Iran fell 3.5% to 13.6 million tons in the first seven months of the year (down from 14 million tons). Steel product consumption dropped 8% to 10.6 million tons (from 11.6 million tons). Sponge iron use rose 3.1% to 24.3 million tons, while iron ore pellet consumption fell 6.2% to 29.6 million tons
