The state corporation Turkmenkhaly (Turkmen carpet) announced an international tender. The competition includes the design and construction of carpet factories for 120 seats in the district center- town of Bereket of the Balkan region, in the west of the country.
Packages with tender proposals are accepted until June 10, 2009.
