State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered the prospect of emission of interest-bearing unsecured bonds of Khazar-Lada JSC, totaling 5 million AZN, said the report of the Committee.
The official exchange rate for September 27 is 0,7844 AZN / USD.
Some 1,000 bonds with a nominal value of 5,000 AZN each have been released within the framework of the emission.
Khazar-Lada JSC is engaged in the distribution and sale of products of AvtoVAZ JSC (cars and spare parts) through its network of dealers and showrooms in Azerbaijan. JSC also provides VAZ cars maintenance services.
Khazar-Lada JSC was registered November 27, 1996.
