In January-April 2018, the volume of trades in the money market of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reached 38,606.9 billion tenges, decreasing 21.8 percent against the corresponding period of 2017.
The volume of trades increased by 5.35 percent, compared to the previous four-month period (September-December) of 2017.
The volume of trades in the KASE spot market of foreign currencies in January-April 2018, in turn, amounted to 4,538.7 billion tenge, increasing 44.1 times, compared to the corresponding period of 2017.
The volume of trades decreased by 2.8 percent compared to the previous four-month period (September-December) of 2017.
