In January-July 2018, the volume of trades in the money market of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reached 56,747.7 billion tenges, decreasing 31.4 percent against the corresponding period of 2017.
The volume of trades increased by 9 percent, compared to the previous six-month period (July-December) of 2017.
The volume of trades in the KASE spot market of foreign currencies in January-June 2018, in turn, amounted to 6,607.5 billion tenge, increasing 24.2 percent, compared to the corresponding period of 2017.
The volume of trades decreased by 5.6 percent compared to the previous six-month period (July-December) of 2017.
