BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 20. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Azerbaijan’s Khazar-Lada OJSC will be held on October 20, 2022, Trend reports via the company.
According to the company, at the meeting, the results of the first half of 2022, and the payment of dividends based on the results of activities from January through June 2022 will be discussed.
Khazar-Lada OJSC was registered in November 2004. Its authorized capital amounts to 445,800 manat ($262,240).
The company is the official distributor and general importer of Russian Lada cars in Azerbaijan.
