Azerbaijan's communications operator Aztelekom LLC is increasing the number of internet ports by 30,720 units, the State Service on Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection said in statement.
The supplier of DSLAM equipment selected by Huawei Non Governmental Co. Limited, with whom the contract for the amount of 800,700 manats was signed on June 27.
The number of internet connections in the network AztelekomNet state provider increased by 25 percent last year and reached 250,000.
