The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for August 26:
Export floor: Offers 4,350 tons of bitumen and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 1,939 tons of polymers and chemicals.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,680 tons of copper wire, 3,000 tons of copper cathode and 20,000 tons of low grade copper as well as 15,000 tons of sponge iron, 2,000 tons of cement and nine tons of high precious metals concentrates.
Agriculture floor: Offers 19,800 tons of wheat, 500 tons of sugar and four tons of saffron.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
