The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Sept. 8:
Export floor: offers 32,719 tons of bitumen and 4,500 tons of sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 61,538 tons of bitumen, vacuum bottom feedstock and various polymers and chemicals as well as slack wax.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 110,000 tons of sponge iron.
Agriculture floor: Offers 7,200 tons of wheat, 400 tons of sugar and 3,000 kilograms of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 96 tons of aniline.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
