Bank of Georgia provided funding to Briks company for the construction of the multifunctional residential complex – Sarajishvili Tower, Trend reports via Georgian media.
According to the project, a 21-storey multifunctional residential complex will be built, of which up to 3,300 square meters will be given to the commercial zone (trade and service facilities). The project is in an active phase and its completion is planned for the second half of 2024.
The total cost of the project is $7.2 million. Out of this, the investment share of the Bank of Georgia is $5.3 million.
According to the Bank, the customers, those who will be interested in the purchase of the accommodation in this building will be also provided with the Bank’s Guaranteed Purchase program, within the framework of which each apartment offered by the developer is insured.
