BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 11. The total value of Türkiye's ready-made clothing exports to Kyrgyzstan grew by 55.5 percent (up to $198.1 million) from January through September 2023 year-on-year, Trend reports
Türkiye's Ministry of Trade said that this indicator increased by 7.1 percent (up to $26.3 million) in September this year compared to the same month in 2022.
Overall, the total value of ready-made clothing exports by Türkiye abroad decreased by 7.9 percent (to $14.9 billion) from January through September 2023 on annual basis.
"Türkiye exported ready-made clothing worth $1.7 million in September 2023, which is 12.8 percent less than in September last year," the ministry said.
In general, the country exported ready-made clothing worth $20 billion from September 2022 through September 2023.
