BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 10. Türkiye's automotive industry exports to Kazakhstan fell 51.8 percent year-on-year to $33.6 million from January through April 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
"Türkiye exported $8.9 million worth of automotive products to Kazakhstan in April this year, which is 43.1 percent less than in April last year," the statement from the ministry says.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of automotive industry products increased by 5.1 percent year-on-year, reaching $11.9 billion from January through April 2024.
Besides, Türkiye exported automotive industry products worth $2.7 billion in April this year, up 2.1 percent year-on-year.
To note, in the last 12 months (from April 2023 through April 2024), Türkiye exported automobile industry products worth $35.6 billion.
