BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 17. Turkish exports of cement products to China rose 3.2 percent year-on-year to $1.6 million from January through April 2024, Trend reports via the Trade Ministry of Türkiye.
“In April, Türkiye shipped $537,000 in cement to China, up 30.3 percent from April 2017,” the ministry stated.
Whereas, Türkiye's January–April 2024 cement exports were $1.4 billion, down 7.9 percent from 2023's same period.
“In April this year, Türkiye exported cement worth $339.2 million, down 9.2 percent year-on-year,” the ministry said.
To note, Türkiye exported cement products worth $4.5 billion in the last 12 months (April 2023–April 2024).
