BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 22. The volume of automobile exports from Türkiye to Russia decreased by 12.8 percent from January through November 2024 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $786.4 million, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.
“In November this year, Türkiye exported $69.2 million worth of automobiles to Russia, which is 17.4 percent less than in November last year,” the information notes.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's automobile exports from January through November 2024 increased by 6 percent year-on-year to $33.7 billion compared to the same period last year.
“Türkiye exported automobiles worth $3.2 billion in November this year, up 2.3 percent year-on-year,” the statement reads.
To note, Türkiye exported cars worth $36.9 billion during the last 12 months (from November 2023 through November 2024).
