BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 25. Türkiye's exports of cement products to the US decreased 10.9 percent year-on-year to $630.9 million from January through November 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
"Türkiye exported $51.9 million worth of cement products to the US in November this year, up by 12.9 percent year-on-year," the ministry stated.
In the interim, Türkiye's outbound shipments of cement commodities to international markets experienced a contraction of 6.4 percent, totaling $4 billion during the period from January to November 2024, relative to the corresponding timeframe in 2023.
"However, Türkiye exported $346 million worth of cement products in March this year, which was 0.3 percent more than in November last year," the ministry stated.
To note, Türkiye exported cement products worth $4.3 billion in the last 12 months (from November 2023 through November 2024).
