BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 10. The cement exports from Türkiye to Kazakhstan grew by 15.5 percent in 2024 compared to 2023 and amounted to $10.9 million.
The data obtained by Trend from the Turkish Ministry of Trade shows that Türkiye exported cement worth $709,930 to Kazakhstan in December 2024, down 61.4 percent year on year.
On this account, Türkiye's cement exports to world markets decreased by 6.2 percent in the period from January through December 2024 compared to the same month of 2023 and amounted to $4.3 billion.
In addition, Türkiye achieved cement exports totaling $341.2
million in December 2024, reflecting a three percent decline
compared to December 2023.
It is noteworthy that Türkiye achieved an impressive export
milestone in the cement sector, generating a remarkable $4.3
billion in revenue over the past 12 months, spanning from December
2023 to December 2024.
