A Georgian citizen has been detained in Turkey on charges of manslaughter.
As the Georgian TV reported with reference to the Turkish media outlets, a man ran down a 4-year-old and 14-year-old children, one of which died at the scene, while the second died after being taken to hospital.
According to report, the driver drove at high speed.
