"Distrust between the partner countries of American-European alliance led to their moving from each other, said on April 3 the U.S. President Barack Obama in his speech before the youth within the NATO summit at the higher level in Strasbourg.
Together with many questions, the U.S. President touched also upon the relations between the USA and Europe. He emphasized that the USA must also change in the changing world. Demonstrating an intention to draw together with Europe after the tension, which arose in the relations of the USA and Europe, the President said that "we must be sincere before ourselves".
In his speech, the President said that the USA does not desire to remain one before the new and large calls and play the role of gendarme in the entire world. He said that he intends to remove problems together with Europe, and thus showed that he has new political philosophy unlike his predecessor.
In addition, in his speech before the young people, the U.S. President touched upon the questions of ecology, tortures.
