Azerbaijani army fulfils all its obligations, the head of the Azerbaijan Presidents Executive Office Ramiz Mehdiyev told journalists, Trend reports.
He noted that periodical reforms are held in army. The army takes measures for the defense of Azerbaijan. Progresses are observed in army and this is related to its supply and training.
