Turkmen Ministry of Culture announced international tender.
The subject of the competition is the creation of automated electronic library system in the libraries subordinated to this Ministry.
Applications and proposals for participation in the international tender are accepted at: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan Bitarap Avenue, 461, the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
Applications are accepted from the date of announcement till September 20, 2013.
