Turkmenistan's Industry Ministry has announced an international tender.
The subject of the tender is the reconstruction of kaolin production plant of Turkmenbashi non-metallic building materials in the town of Jebel of Balkan velayat (region).
The companies able to fully invest in the project, or construct with loans from foreign banks or create a joint venture are invited to participate in the tender.
The participation fee is $1,000 or its equivalent in Turkmen manat.
The tender bids will be received till May 21, 2015.
The packages with tender documents will be received in two envelopes. The envelope with commercial bids should include only the price specification, while the envelope with technical bids should include all other required documents.
