Azerbaijan's large producer of poultry products Zagatala Broiler LLC increased the production of chicken meat up to 19 percent in the end of 2019 compared to the previous year, the source in the company told Trend.
The company is going to increase this indicator up to 25-30 percent in 2020, said the source.
“Every day, the company produces up to 42 tons of broiler products, and we plan to bring this figure to 50 tons and higher. This strategy is outlined in order to increase export potential and geography of supplies,” the source said.
“Last year, production volumes amounted to 32-35 tons daily, we were only able to cover the domestic market. Now our plans are to increase exports to the Russian market, as well as to the countries of the former Soviet Union,” the source said.
Also, we consider Iran and Georgia as potential partners, the company said.
The company produces broiler chickens, chicken meat and other poultry products.
