More than 359,000 tons of goods were exported to Iraq through the Parviz Khan customs checkpoint in the Kermanshah Province (western Iran) over the past year (from November 21, 2019 to November 20, 2020), Director General of the Roads and Transportation Department of Kermanshah Province, Fariborz Karami said, Trend reports citing Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of Iran.
According to Karami, 985 tons of goods were imported from Iraq to Iran through Parviz Khan customs during the reporting period.
The director general added that 43,000 tons of goods were transited to Iraq in 3,260 trucks through the Parviz Khan customs over past year.
“About 110,000 tons of goods in 19,900 trucks entered in Iran for transit to other countries through Parviz Khan customs within past year,” he said.
