The representatives of Uzbek Foreign Ministry have discussed practical issues of bilateral cooperation in the judicial and legal field with delegation of German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation under the German Federal Ministry of Justice, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
The fund delegation was headed by its director Dirk Mirow.
The German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation has been collaborating with Justice Ministry and other Uzbek agencies since 2008. The foundation is also the general contractor of the EU project on 'Promotion of judicial reforms in Uzbekistan' carrying out joint projects, seminars, round tables, conferences and other events.
The parties also discussed development of partnership contacts between the relevant bodies of Uzbekistan and Germany.
