BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 5. The export of cement products from Türkiye to Kazakhstan increased by 7.9 percent in the period from January through November 2024 compared to the same period last year, Trend reports via the country's Ministry of Trade.
"Türkiye exported $422,300 worth of cement to Kazakhstan in November this year, which is 8.6 percent more than in September last year," the ministry said in a statement.
Meanwhile, total cement exports from Türkiye to world markets decreased by 6.4 percent from January through November 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, totaling $4 billion.
"Türkiye exported $346 million worth of cement in November 2024, which is 0.3 percent more than in September 2023," the ministry said in a statement.
To note, Türkiye exported $4.3 million worth of cement in the last 12 months (from November 2023 through November 2024).
