BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 11. The volume of cement exports from Türkiye to Uzbekistan decreased by 25.4 percent from January through November 2024 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $12.2 million, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.
Türkiye exported cement products worth $765,000 to Uzbekistan in November this year, which is 5.8 percent more than in November last year.
Türkiye's cement exports to world markets in the period from January through November 2024 decreased by 6.4 percent compared to the same period in 2023 and amounted to $4 billion.
“Türkiye exported $346 million worth of cement in November this year, up 0.3 percent year-on-year.
Türkiye exported cement worth $4.3 billion during the last 12 months (from November 2023 through November 2024),” the statement of the ministry reads.
