Two months of imprisonment in the form of preventive punishment was made for the two organizers of the rebellion in Muhrovan tank battalion in Georgia Koba Otanadze and Levan Amiridze.
The trial took place at the hospital named after Gudushauri, where the two accused are treated.
Otanadze and Amiridze were injured during a special operation on May 21. The third figure of the case Gia Krialashvili was killed during detention.
Otanadze and Amiridze are accused under article 365 of the Criminal Code of Georgia - attempt for military coup.
Lawyers of accused in the hospital stated that the process was formal and the court denied the petition to free the accused on bail at 2,000 lari.
Health of Amiridze and Otanadze is normal, they are disconnected from the apparatus of artificial respiration and in a week will be discharged from the hospital.
