BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 29. Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of GoldenPay OJSC will be held on March 29 at 11:00 (GMT+4), Trend reports.
According to the OJSC, the meeting will be held at the address: 15 Afiyaddin Jalilov Street, Khatai district, Baku city.
To note, the agenda of the meeting includes an increase of the company's authorized capital, an amendment of the charter, and other issues.
Meanwhile, GoldenPay is the first fintech company in Azerbaijan, officially registered in 2007. The company started its activity in December 2008. Its authorized capital is 600,000 manat ($352,400).
