BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 10. The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects that Middle Eastern oil production will reach 3.26 mb/d by 2025, Trend reports.
This marks an increase of 0.09 mb/d from the estimated 3.17 mb/d in 2024.
Production is expected to rise gradually, with forecasts indicating 3.18 mb/d in the first quarter of 2025, 3.22 mb/d in the second quarter, 3.29 mb/d in the third quarter, and peaking at 3.35 mb/d by the fourth quarter.
Qatar, a key producer in the region, is forecasted to maintain a steady output of 1.93 mb/d in 2025, up from 1.87 mb/d in 2024.
Oman, the region's second-largest producer, is also expected to see modest growth, with production projected to reach 1.02 mb/d by the end of 2025, compared to 1 mb/d in 2024.
