Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 18 / Trend , U.Ismayilova/ Price of rent for the most expensive elite houses dropped by 7% in Nov., Firudin Ahmadli, an expert of MBA Group consulting company, said.
"Despite this, there is a great need for expensive houses at the market," Ahmadli said.
At present, prices at real estate market in Baku are too high as compared to previous years and price of rent for elite houses averagely makes up AZN 2,000-4,000, the expert said. Their prices change depending on location.
Number of clients for such a house dropped by 30% because of the world financial crisis, experts said.
Perhaps, prices of rent for commercial properties may fall due to the current situation soon, Ahmadli said.
"Such a situation at the market will continue by autumn 2009 and to fix previous prices will take two years even after solution of a financial crisis problem," the expert said.
According to experts of MBA Group, prices at real estate market in Baku dropped by 1.7% - to $1,687 per sq.m in Nov.
