The Cabinet of Ministers confirmed rules to calculate prices in real estate purchased for public needs in Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' decree, the State Committee on Public Property Management is committed to design and submit within 15 days recommendations on expenses for purchase of real estate. Furthermore, minimal requirements will be established for professional indices of the estimator, which is to participate in the process of purchase. These requirements should be coordinated with the ministries of finances and economic development.
The Ministries of Finances and Economic Development, as well as the State Committee on Public Property Management are committed to solve appropriate issues.
The decree enacted into law since the date of signing on Apr. 4.
