In December, the land exposure term increased by 1.2 percent up to 247 days
The most significant price-cutting was observed in the Binagadi district of Baku - 6.6 percent.
The most expensive plot of land in Baku was proposed in Narimanov district of Baku for $200,000, the cheapest in Absheron district for $350 per hsm.
