Two facilities owned by state have been sold at the auction, held today at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
Former Batumi refinery, buildings, located on its territory and its land was sold for $15 million. The plant was bought by Batumi Petroleum.
An area of 192 square meters in Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi was sold for $65,000. The buyer was a private person.
Earnings from the auction amounted to $15,065,000.
