About 356,300 tons of diesel fuel was produced in Azerbaijan from January through February 2021, Trend reports citing a report of the State Statistical Committee.
The report reads that the mentioned figure decreased by 4.2 percent on an annualized basis.
During the first 2 months of this year, Azerbaijan produced kerosene in a volume of 65,300 tons, which is 34.8 percent less compared to the same period of last year, the committee said.
As of March 1, 2021, kerosene reserves amounted to 46,300 tons, diesel fuel – 139,000 tons, said the report.
In 2020, the total value of production of oil products in Azerbaijan in monetary terms amounted to 3.1 billion manat ($1.82 billion), which is 3.6 percent less compared to 2019.
Azerbaijan’s oil and gas condensate production last year settled at nearly 34.5 million tons, showing an annual decrease of 7.8 percent.
As of January 1, 2021, the stock of finished oil products amounted to 439,500 tons.
