BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 6. Prices for petrol in Tajikistan remained stable over the last week, Trend reports reffering to the World Food Programme's (WFP) report.
According to the organization, from August 29 through September 4 prices for petrol in Tajikistan remained stable compared to the last few weeks.
The average petrol price in the reporting period in Tajikistan amounted to 11.2 somoni ($1.09) per 1 liter. The highest price was recorded in Tajikistan's Murghob (13.5 somoni, or $1.31) and the lowest - in Istaravshan, Khujand, Jayhun and Qubodiyon - 10.4 somoni ($1).
As of September 6, 2022, the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Tajikistan is 10.2 TJS/1 USD.
