Oppositional activities in new format is on the agenda, chairman of the National Independence Party of Azerbaijan (NIPA) Ali Aliyev told Trend.
В"The activities of the opposition in the union in a broader format delayed the decision, which has been taken by Musavat on participation in by-elections, Aliyev said, noting their goal is to establish this union in any kind of form.
Aliyev, noting the need for tactical moves said the work is underway in this respect.
